Help desk side: Will assist the end users by phone doing trouble shooting of windows utilizing a ticketing system

  • Answer Help Desk Calls
  • Complete Tickets through Ticketing System
  • Work with Windows 7 & 10
  • Support Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Utilize Office 365
  • Troubleshoot devices
  • Visit company locations as necessary ( Maybe 60%)

Filed Service side: Go on-site as needed to other locations. Duties could be laptop imagining, setting up computers as well as trouble-shooting. Any thing that can not be done remotely.

Can sit in the Inland Empire or Orange County
